Making A Complaint

There is an official procedure for dealing with serious complaints about schools.

Any complaint should be addressed first of all to the Head Teacher and/or the Chair of the Governors.

Everything will be done to try to resolve the matter at school level. However, if a parent is not satisfied, the Head Teacher will tell you how to pursue the matter further.
